Domestic lawsuit
Provisional litigation is a procedure for judgment to get temporary measures as a provisional attachment / provisional disposition, which freeze assets or establish legal relationships in order to facilitate an enforcement of the judgment or prevent occurrence of damage until final and conclusive judgements are rendered in case of rights or legal relations dispute.
Provisional litigation is used when a prompt enforcement is required to prevent occurrence of damage, but is not essential. It is usually quickly and secretly enforced for the purpose of preventing the practical and/or legal changes about the debtor’s assets or the object of dispute.
Civil suit is a
procedure for judgment to protect and realize a private right resolving individual disputes.
